If you think about it neopolitan ice cream is like the perfect example of balance.

It's the 3 like main flavors of ice cream. Don't like vanilla! We have chocolate, and vice versa...oh and I guess strawberry too.

Now I'm just really wanting neopolitan. Where does the word neopolitan come from anyways?
